6. Is my information transferred outside the EU?

We prefer vendors whose servers are located within the EU. However, in our operations, we also use well-reputed and reliable external providers whose servers are located outside the EU, in which case information is also transferred to a limited extent outside the EU / EEA (USA).

When transferred outside the EU / EEA, the transfer is made using EU Commission model clauses or another mechanism allowed by legislation. We then ensure, among other things through contracts, that the confidentiality of your data is maintained and that the data is processed in accordance with the law.
