Furthermore, we collect information from public sources like business registries, company databases and other entities providing business decision makers' information. The information we collect from these sources include company information and contact data of company decision makers, like name, email address and telephone number.
We process personal data based on several requirements of the law. The legal basis of processing depends on our relationship with you. From the following table, you can find the legal basis for our handling of personal data and examples of processing activities.

| Legal obligation | We store and process customer data for our bookkeeping according to the bookkeeping law. |
| Legitimate interests of the controller or third party | If we do not have a contractual relationship with you, we process your information based on legitimate interest. The processing of personal data of company representatives for marketing purposes is also based on a legitimate interest. |
| Consent | When ordering a guide or newsletter from our site as a private individual, we process your information based on your consent. We ask for your consent for direct marketing at the time of data collection. |
Your data is processed by employees of our company in the course of their duties. However, we use third-party information systems in our operations for data storage and processing. In this case, we ensure, among other things, through contracts that your data is processed confidentially and in accordance with the law.
We provide information to our partners in the field of information technology, payment intermediation, transport and accounting in order to enable the provision of the service. Such situations include, for example, when you order payment or logistics services for your online store, or other services produced by third parties, the order of which occurs through our website or service. All such information relating to the provision of the service to third parties is mentioned separately when ordering the service.
We may also disclose information otherwise to fulfill contractual obligations or when required by law or a competent authority. We may also disclose your information if we were involved in a corporate or business transaction.
We prefer vendors whose servers are located within the EU. However, in our operations, we also use well-reputed and reliable external providers whose servers are located outside the EU, in which case information is also transferred to a limited extent outside the EU / EEA (USA).
When transferred outside the EU / EEA, the transfer is made using EU Commission model clauses or another mechanism allowed by legislation. We then ensure, among other things through contracts, that the confidentiality of your data is maintained and that the data is processed in accordance with the law.
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose of their use or as required by the contract or law.

Your data is stored on our service providers' servers, which are protected according to industry best practices. We ensure that the processing meets the requirements of applicable legislation and protective measures designed to prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access to your personal data.
